Ghalji was born from a simple conviction: that the most honest food is prepared with passion, tradition, and recipes carried through generations. We opened our doors in Fawkner, Melbourne, to bring the rich, aromatic flavours of Kabul and Lahore to our community.
Our master chefs have spent decades perfecting the balance of aromatic spices, slow-cooked gravies, and traditional Tandoor cooking. From preparation to the final bite, every dish is made with care — halal, family-made, and deeply authentic.
